The Castle Inn Rosenburg & Hotel Rosenburg offer a variety of culinary delights. The seasons are deliberately reflected in the dishes. The ingredients are mainly selected from the region. Our Knight’s Banquets with entertainment enjoy great popularity and are regularly held in the Vaulted Hall. Additional dates for groups are bookable at any time. The Rosenburg tavern, run by the Hagelkruys family, offers with its ambience in the castle courtyard, a romantic haven of peace for enjoying a Waldviertel organic coffee and homemade pastries (such as the famous honey cake or poppy seed cake with chocolate sauce).
Regional BIO Blond cattle and BIO Turopje pork are cooked here regionally. Ideal for starting, ending or in between a visit to the castle. We are also happy to take reservations for your excursion, event or celebration.
