Tavern & Greißlerei Rosenburg

The Rosenburg tavern, run by the Hagelkruys family, offers with its ambience in the castle courtyard, a romantic haven of peace for enjoying a Waldviertel organic coffee and homemade pastries (such as the famous honey cake or poppy seed cake with chocolate sauce).

Regional BIO Blond cattle and BIO Turopje pork are cooked here regionally. Ideal for starting, ending or in between a visit to the castle. We are also happy to take reservations for your excursion, event or celebration.

In the heart of the tavern is the Rosenburg Greisslerei.

You can take home all the products that are served in the tavern or ingredients that are used to cook. You will find specialties from small regional producers, souvenir items, rose products and recommendations from the Rosenburg tavern.
