Group tours by arrangementDue to the great value of the collection and the numerous unique specimens exhibited, the exhibition is only accessibly by guided tour (not included in the admission price).
Possibility to borrow tablets
With the installed Rosenburg Castle App it is possible to enjoy more information about the castle and their history in different languages (german, english, spanish and czech). For deposit of an ID the lending during the visit in Rosenburg Castle is possible.

Tours through the Falconry Museum
Following the flight demonstration of historical falconry, a falconer will guide you through the Falconry Museum. Tours are available for 15 or more people on-site or by booking.
Surcharge: Surcharge: € 5.00 per person / after the Falconry performance.

The Renaissance castle Rosenburg is a historic complex. Unfortunately, not all of our offers are barrier-free. Due to the monument protection, there are no ramps or lifts. The museum rooms can only be reached via steps.
The following areas and offers of the Rosenburg are barrier-free:
• Birds of prey flight demonstration (via the side entrance, please let the cashier know)
• Falconry Museum (be careful, there are two levels here)
• guest garden
• Castle Tavern
• Castle inn
• Toilets in the castle courtyard, at the car park and in the castle inn
Children
Pushchairs are permitted, but not everywhere on the castle grounds. Due to the monument protection, the castle museum cannot be visited with a pram.
We however offer the option to borrow a baby/toddler carrier bag at the entrance / Kassa.
The carrier bags can be borrowed for the duration of your stay in the castle against payment of a deposit or giving us your ID card for the period of borrowing the child bag.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome guests at our place! We would only like to ask you to keep the dogs on a leash! Dogs with an increased risk potential according to § 2 of the Lower Austrian Dog Keeping Act and conspicuous dogs according to § 3 Lower Austrian Dog Keeping Act must be secured with a muzzle.
