The tavern is run as a mixture of bistro and café at a classic price level. The focus is on fresh, regional products in their tastiest preparation.

Homemade pastries, Waldviertel organic coffee, refreshing ice cream, Kamptal specialties and a seasonally changing offer are offered to visitors to the Rosenburg as well as to those guests who only want to come to the castle for dinner.
